Beef bourguignon – a perfect recipe for cold weather!
Our recipe of the month is beef bourguignon. This dish, usually prepared with red Burgundy wine, was created in Burgundy, a region of France. We offer you a simplified (but just as delicious!) preparation of this traditional comfort food.
Using our demi-glace sauce mix MC-12004, you can quickly and easily prepare a delicious beef bourguignon. What a creative way to revalorise beef cubes! This dish is perfect with rice, which makes for an affordable price per portion.
