Demi-glace sauce is a very versatile sauce! You can use it as a base and transform it the way you like by mixing it with red wine, mushrooms, fine herbs, different types of alcohol (spirits, ice cider, port wine, liqueurs, etc.), fruit jelly, mustard, pepper, etc. You can also add cream to the demi-glace sauce or even whip it with butter. The demi-glace sauce is excellent with lamb, beef, pork, poultry or game meat!
