What is Neu-Vi?
Neu-Vi is a unique liquid bacteriostatic product that stops the growth of spoilage bacteria, including Listeria, without modifying the taste or the acidity level of the finished product.
The name on the label of Neu-Vi is a well-known product: VINEGAR. It is ideal for the Clean Label trend.
This product can be used in fresh sausages, ready-to-eat meat, standardized and non-standardized meat products, poultry, gravies, etc.
The recommended usage is 12 to 20 grams per kilogram of finished product.
