Saint-Pons Chicken Roll

We discovered this original recipe during one of our trips to New-Brunswick.

For maximum taste, its creator, native of Saint-Pons, suggests to stuff the ckicken with fine herbs sausage meat (prepared with binder S2A1G001 or binder S6E222) or with garlic polish sausage meat (prepared with binder S7D251).

This recipe is easy to prepare and will allow you to offer novelty and originality to your customers.
