Jerky Hickory Seasoning

Jerky is prepared by coating meat strips with this seasoning. We recommend that you add nitrite picking salt (Cure 64) in the product to increase food safety and ensure a better colour.

Usage: Use 30 grams of seasoning with 3 grams of cured salt for 1 kg of meat.
