This binder for pâté is specially formulated by BSA. It contains soy proteins and modified milk ingredients. This binder performs very well when it comes to binding with fat. It is highly suggested for the preparation of pâtés, mousses and terrines. It is based on our country-style pâté and liver seasoned binder (2A6E021).
