This German sausage is traditionally eaten with a good beer during Oktoberfest, the beer festival that takes place in Munich in October.

Recipe: Use one unit of 2.1 kg with 22.7 kg (50 lbs) of meat and 4.08 kg of cold water. Cook 5 to 10 minutes in the water at 200 F (90 C).
